Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements: All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours at $250 per hour. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Events are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event one time at no cost, provided it is at least 72 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests or last-minute changes may incur a fee and are subject to availability. Weather Policy: If weather conditions prevent outdoor setup, the client is responsible for providing a suitable indoor backup location. If no appropriate location is available and the event cannot proceed, we will offer a partial refund (minus travel and setup costs) or help reschedule when possible. Travel & Setup: Travel is included within a 30-mile radius of Bixby, OK. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this radius. Setup Requirements: To ensure safe and successful operation, the following conditions must be met: Minimum space- 20 feet wide x 25 feet deep Ceiling clearance- At least 14 feet for indoor setups Surface- Flat and level (grass, turf, concrete, or pavement) Power- Access to a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your booked time for setup. Please ensure the site is ready and accessible. If you're unsure whether your location meets these requirements, contact us before booking. We’re happy to assist. Client Responsibilities: The client must notify us of any space restrictions, site access limitations, or local ordinances that may affect setup. The client is responsible for supervising guests and ensuring safe and respectful use of the simulator at all times.
